I am thinking about trying nutrisystem. i was wanting to know if any of you have tried it, and what your opinion is on it and any useful info. the reason i think it would be good for me is because my main problem with losing weight is portion control. with this, your meals are already planned and portioned, so it just seems convenient, and you don 't have to wonder if you ate too much, you don 't have to count your calories, and i 'm not a very healthy eater, so this would help me make wiser decisions. also, it seems a little expensive to me, but it may not be, seeing that it 's all of your food, and i think you have to buy a few fresh things from the grocery store. any advice and info is greatly appreciated :) thanks! also, do they have workout plans for you too? or if any of you have had good luck, what did you do?- and, what is the difference between nutrisystem and just going to your grocery store and buying lean cuisines, weight watcher meals, etc.?hi baymast13 - thanks so much for your info, i looked up the website and i am very interested in trying this. i 'm looking for the book now and it 's only $13 so that makes me even more interested :) haha....but there 's also a recipe book, do i need to purchase this also or just the book? So i had my 4th c-section about 7 months ago and i noticed its harder to lose the weight this time. with the other 3, a little exercise and the weight just fell off but not this time. so i did weight watchers points plus but with a friend who is over 300 pounds and always wants to go eat, that was a failure and a waste of money. now that my friend and i live 3200 miles apart, i plan to do the points plus again but i wanted to add nirtisystem in with that. has anyone used it? does it work? i want to lose about 50-70 pounds maybe over a years time. i do exercise (zumba on xbox kinect) and i plan on going to the gym since its free on base for military. i 've lost 30 pounds before on alli but i hear now that alli isn 't safe but would like to start taking it again with nutrisystem and points plus. i just want to lose weight and belly fat from my many c-sections. any suggestions? i don 't eat much sometimes i only eat once or twice a day. my husband says that 's a problem but i 've never been a big eater. i just need some suggestions and please don 't nobody tell me its impossible because i don 't need negativity! i know its possible because i 've done it before. i just never used nurtisystem before...thanks!!!oh and i know the price of nutrisystem so that isn 't an issue for me. someone already told me not to do it because of the cost...not a concern!
